Chuck Folkes was a Los Angeles Police Reserve Officer assigned to me. He had donated thousands of hours and contributed to hundreds of arrests. He was praised by Judges for his professional testimony in trials. Chuck had a heart of gold was always there to help those who needed help. I have worked with Chuck for over twenty five years and have found him to be one of the greatest men I have ever known. You will be truly missed Chuck.

I remember working with Chuck in the test department at Marquardt long ago. He was very intelligent and a hard worker. So many of the guys who worked for Don McChesny are gone. They all made their contribution to the United States accomplishments in war and space. Tom Hudson
