GARY ALLAN BRAUER

GARY ALLAN BRAUER Age 63, died peacefully at home with his family and friends, on September 20, 2010, in Mentone, California. Brauer was born on May 6, 1947, to Francis and Hazel Brauer in Fontana, California. After graduating from Fontana High School in 1965, Brauer served two tours to Vietnam with the U.S. Army and was awarded the Purple Heart for his service. Gary is survived by his loving wife, Twana S. Brauer; two children, Michael Brauer of Beaumont, CA, and Matthew Brauer of Colton, CA; step daughters, Amy Byers of Romoland, Ca, and Jennifer Trujillo of Denver, CO; 8 grandchildren; brother, Michael Brauer of Hemet; their extended families; and his faithful cat, Lucy. Services will be held at Immanuel Baptist Church, 28335 Baseline, Highland, CA. Viewing will be 8:30 - 10:30 A.M. - Service 11:00 A.m. to 12:15 P.M. - Reception to follow on Friday, Sept. 24 Interment will be held at the Riverside National Cemetery on Monday, Sept. 27, at 9:45 A.M.
