JEAN BEAUMIER Obituary

Born April 11, 1926, passed away September 30, 2010, at her home in Sylmar, California. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri, to Ralph and Ellen Hamilton. Jean grew up in Glendale, California, where she attended Hoover High School with the Class of 1946. On August 18 1950, she married Jacques Armand Beaumier of Uxbridge, Mass. Following their marriage, the couple lived in Fort Ord, California and then moved to Sylmar and lived there for more than 40 years. At one time she was employed by Holy Cross Hospital In Mission Hills, Cal. She was a member of the St. Didicus Catholic Church. Jean will be fondly remembered for her devotion to her family, especially her grandchildren. Survivors are her three children, J. Ralph Beaumier of Sylmar, Terry H. Beaumier of Tucson, Arizona, and Lea Lorraine Hall of Alaska; 11 grandchildren, Spencer Beaumier of St. George, Utah, Martine Valadez, Anthony Valadez, Robert Valadez, Katrina Hall, Daniel Hall, Sarah Hall, and Joshua Hall, Celine Beaumier, Kay Beaumier and Reagan Beaumier; 11 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacques, on March 6, 2004; and her granddaughter, Lethe J. Beaumier. Friends may call Utter McKinley San Fernando Mission Mortuary, for service information.
