John Jankowski Obituary

John W. "Jack", 73, of Temecula, passed October 25, 2010. Survived by his loving family: wife, Shirley; son, Paul; daughter, Karen Goodman; grandchildren, Zachary and Joshua; brothers, David and Stephen; sister, Lea, Sullivan; nieces and nephews. Retired from the Long Beach Police Department after 25 years of service. Memorial services Saturday, 10:30 a.m. at Christ The King Lutheran Church, 1620 S. Stagecoach Ln. Fallbrook, CA 92028. In lieu of flowers, contributions to: Long Beach Police Department's Widows and Orphans Trust Fund.

I know it's been many years since Jack passed, but I still have fond memories of him .. As a student at Millikan HS i attended his law enforcement class, then, after I graduated from the police academy he c welcomed me into the department.. Nothing but good memories..
