Judith Ann Villa passed away on Friday, 8 March 2013 at St. Mary's Hospital in Long Beach California due to complications following lung cancer treatment. She was 74 years old. She is survived by her two Sons, Michael Rounds of Miami Florida, and Richard Rounds of Yorba Linda California, one Daughter-in-law Lisa, four Grandchildren, Amanda, Byron, Brandon and Kaitlyn and one Great-granddaughter, Avery. Judith Ann Shiro was born in New Kensington Pennsylvania on 29 June 1938 to the parents of Charles K. Shiro and Emma Lu Shiro. She had one older sister, Libby. After moving several times throughout the country, her father was a hospital administrator, she settled in Great Falls Montana during her high school years. There she met and married John Rounds. In 1960 the family moved to California. She lived in the Southern San Francisco Bay area for about six years but eventually settled in Long Beach California. In Long Beach, she met and married Hoover Villa. After several years they divorced. In Long Beach she owned and operated a Chapman's donut shop for approximately 20 years. After that she worked for Hyatt hotels in Long Beach until she retired. Judy was active in community services in Long Beach. Enjoyed Bingo and playing Skip-O with her Grandchildren. A memorial service for Judy will be held at Memory Garden Memorial Park & Mortuary, 455 West Central Ave., Brea, California 92821 - 3086 on Friday, 22 March 2013 at 10 AM in the morning.
