It's been a year, Dad, i still can't believe it....when I see you picture , when i hear your name...i still stop in shock...it's not the same without you, never will be....I love you pops and I rest in the hope that as you would say, 'the good Lord' gave us...the hope that I'll spend eternity with you. I'm so grateful for that promise. We serve a Good God, who is Holy & Righteous, yet Merciful all at the same time..amazin grace...how sweet the sound.

Grandpa, I can't sleep, and you're on my mind. I miss you more and more as each day passes. I wish you were here to tell us stories of the good ol days, but I know you're happy where you are with our lord, and I know I need to get right so I can see you, Uncle, Grandma, & my precious Jess again. I am so blessed to have known you for the time that I did. You welcomed me into your family from the day Josh and I were married. You believed in us from the very beginning. I thank you for that. I knew from day one that you meant the world to Josh, and I can completely see why. You were and still are an inspiration to many people, including your family.
At every passing birthday I will always think of you. I feel lucky to share a birthday with such a great man. Missing you and love you always.

I am so sorry for your families loss. Nothing in this world can replace a Father. The best way to celebrate his life is to dwell on all the good times together , share his memories with your children always , cook the food he loved, watch the movies he watched, pass his traditions, his hobbies and all the little quirky things he did down to your children, keep his spirit alive in the next generation. I love you all my hear breaks for your loss.

Happy Birthday DAD....I miss you. It bring so much joy to hear people tell me how you have touched their lives. Just today....James (little JJ) said you took him to his first Dodger game....and Patty said how kind you were to her and how you taught her so much about carpet..the carpet expert! She said you love your children SO much..always talking about us...and she said you are a good friend. What a testimony you were on earth! I'm so proud to have you as a dad...thanks Pops, you are my hero. I love you. I can't wait to see you again!!!!

Dear Dad,
I just wanted to let you know how great of a dad you were.You taught us love, respect, and discipline. Many young children of this age don't know the meaning of those three things, but you taught all your children that those were the three important things in life. dad, when i was a little boy i couldn't wait until you came home from work, you would always giveyour children your time and attention, thank you dad.I have so many great memories like the time you faught Sandra's horse Thunderbolt, i think you about knocked him out. or the time we listen to the muhammad ali and george foreman fight on the radio in our new seventy-three olds cutlass and you bet mom and the girls one hundred dollars each that george foreman would win. I also went for george foreman and we lost. Another time it was your birthday and you took me, Shelly, Sandra and Sharmaine to mcdonalds, you said we could get anything we wanted because it wa your birthday so we all got quater punders with cheese, well mom got so mad at you and us she told us when you weren't around that we were going to get it the next day. So we enjoyed it to the last bite. The next day we all got it, but dad it was worth it. Thank you dad for loving me. Your son Ruben Ramirez.
