Marion Donahue Obituary

DONAHUE-Marion Alberta Donahue, 96, of Newhall California, died peacefully in her sleep of natural causes on October 12, 2010. Marion was born in Warren, Ohio, and was the oldest of 4 siblings. She moved to California when she married her husband Frank and lived in Pico Rivera. In 2004, Marion moved to Newhall to be close to her nephew and nieces. Marion is survived by her nephew Douglas (Doreen) Cramer, nieces Barbara (Bob) Griggs and Debbie (Jim) Egbert, great nephews Logan (Kristen) Cramer, Kevin (Jennifer) Josing, Michael (Jeannie) Kemp, great nieces Deanna (Scott) Phillips, Tracie Kemp, and Kristine Kemp and 10 great-great nieces and nephews. A sincere thank you to the wonderful people at Assisted Home Hospice and Premier Residential for the wonderful care they gave her and a special thank you to her caregiver Jo Jo who treated her like his own mother. There will be a grave site service on 10/16/10 at 1pm at Resurrection Cemetery in Rosemead, CA. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Marion's name to either: Assisted Home Hospice 8550 Balboa Blvd Ste 282, Northridge, CA, 91325 or Premier Residential Care 25043 Green Mill Ave, Santa Clarita, CA, 91321.
