Merlene Eash Obituary

Merlene Eash Oct. 9, 1927 - Oct. 27, 2010 Merlene Eash passed away peacefully at her home in Long Beach, CA. She was born in Eureka, Utah in 1927 and married Samuel Cramsey Eash in California. They were married 53 years before his passing in 1997. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of the Long Beach Women's Bowler's Association for over 50 years and held positions of president, secretary, delegate and others. In 1994, she was inducted into the California Bowling Writers and Long Beach Women's Bowlers Association Hall of Fame. Merlene was a very caring woman and will be missed by her family. She is survived by her 6 children, Virginia Mosler, Loydene Dunaway, Donald Eash, Joyce Miner, Samuel Eash and Josioh Eash; brother, Dean Viertell; 9 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
