MICHELE COLABELLA Obituary

SEPT. 29, 1928 - OCT. 13, 2010 Born in Bonefro Italy. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Angelina; three sons, Domenic (Lisa), John, Mike (Pat); seven grandchildren, Shelby, Katie, Angie, Christian, Alex, Caden and Andrea. He left behind many relatives in Italy including his brother, nieces and nephews. Mike was a fine furniture maker for most of his life. He learned his woodworking skills in Italy as a young boy. He traveled to South America first before ending up in Hollywood in 1959 where he built many beautiful pieces of furniture for the who's who. Mike also invested in real estate that he self-managed. In addition to furniture, he also built houses and buildings. He loved working with his hands. Mike never sat still. He was a great husband, father, and grandfather, and will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Services will be held Thursday, October 21, 2010, 11:00 a.m., at Mission Hills Catholic Mortuary Chapel, 11160 Stranwood Ave., Mission Hills, CA 91345. Directors 818-361-7387
