I was lucky enough to work with Norine Duke Hamerdinger when she was the program director for Special Education in the Etiwanda School District, participating in the West End SELPA. Norine was a guiding light for this group of directors, an outstanding advocate for children, and just a delight to know. I am so sorry for your loss.
