Richard H. Johnson, 77, formerly of Whittier, CA, died
Thursday, Jan. 23 at his home in Lebanon, OR.
He was born in Monterey Park, CA and raised in the East Los Angeles area. Richard married Angelica "Angeli" Johnson on April 3, 1955 in Bell, California. The couple eventually settled in Whittier where they resided 45 years.
Richard had worked as a lithographer for Continental Can Company until his retirement in 1985. He also owned and operated Johnson's Vacuum in Uptown Whittier for over 30 years. He moved to Lebanon, OR in 2005.
Richard enjoyed fishing, traveling, cooking and his family.
He is survived by his wife Angeli, children Lali Johnson-Csutak, Gregory Johnson, and Erik Johnson, brother Robert Johnson, sister Judith Pashia and 6 grandchildren.
