Bob was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War and 16 year member of American Legion Post 421 Highland. He was a committed member who supported Post programs, despite not being able to visit the Post very often. Always neatly dressed and sporting good conversation is how I remember my friend Bob Prurvis.
My sincere condolences to the Purvis family and freinds.

We have truly lost one of the last true gentlemen in this area. Always dressed, looked and acted the part. I will miss him.
