I met and became friends with "Mr. Conboy" in 1969 as a young, first time mom to a little girl who immediately fell in love with her teacher. He always had a ready smile and took time to talk to any of us who needed to. Although we lost touch in later years, I will always treasure what he did for my daughter. My condolences to his family.
