Terry Soldano Obituary

Terry Soldano Terry Soldano, born on August 4, 1955, in Connellsville, Pennsylvania passed away on November 17, 2010. He is survived by his partner of 20 years, Albert Carrillo; his mother, Connie Soldano; his brother, Ken Soldano and wife, Marian; his sister, Cindy Baluch and husband, Joe; three nieces, one grandniece and two grandnephews. Terry was the long-time director of The Serra Project's five Group Homes and manager of Casa Portiuncula, the group home in Long Beach, California. He was deeply committed to the well-being of the many people who were fortunate to come under his care and management at The Serra Project. Terry left a legacy of service, and his loving kindness clearly radiated throughout the group homes. Terry Soldano served The Serra Project and its clients for 20 years. In recognition of his life time of service Serra Project has renamed Casa Portiuncula, Soldano House. Tax-deductible donations may be made in honor of Terry Soldano to The Serra Project, 825 Colorado Blvd., Suite 100, Los Angeles, CA 90041-1741. Memorial services were held by McKenzie Mortuary on November 21, 2010.
