VIRGINIA JACOBSON Obituary

"Ginny" born June 5, 1927 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, died the day after Thanksgiving November 26, 2010, from pneumonia. She was married for over 40 years to Robert Earl Jacobson who died in 1993. Ginny was the best mother in the world and is survived by her daughter Catherine Dishion of Santa Barbara and son Mark Jacobson of Ontario. Her other son Robert Jacobson Jr. died October 8, 2009. She has one grandson, Shane Derr of Sacramento and three granddaughters, Carey Jacobson-Gibb of Maui Hawaii, Sheridan Jacobson of Ontario and Bristol Jacobson of Ontario. In addition, she also has one great-grandson Blake Gibb and one great-grand- daughter Eden Gibb, both of Maui Hawaii. She has many friends who have passed and many who are still with us, who she cherished with all of her heart. She was a kind and caring soul who touched many lives. She will be missed by everyone but we know she has gone on to join her loved ones in a better place. Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 4, 2010 at Forest Lawn in Covina at 12 noon.
