In Loving Memory of Walter Erick Allen Aug 1, 1919 - Sept 26, 2010 Walter was born in Poplar, Wisconsin. He lived in La Puente, CA for 54 years before moving to West Covina a year ago. He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Edith, in August 2009. He is a World War II Army veteran, serving in Europe. He is survived by children Linda, Peggy and Steven. He has 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Viewing to be held Monday, October 4 at 1:00 - 2:00 at Rose Hills, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier CA 90601, at the Gate # 1 Visitation Building. Graveside services will follow at 3:00. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the AMVETS.
