Warren H. Millsap
87, of Chino, went to be with the Lord on November 7, 2013. He was born in Mulberry Arkansas on February 5, 1926 to Volney and Mae Millsap. Moving to California when he was 2, he has been a Chino resident for 85 years.
Warren was a proud Marine and a Veteran of World War II, who fought in the battle for Iwo Jima. After the war, he played baseball for the San Diego Padres Triple A team, the Riverside Dons. He retired in 1985 from the Chino School District after 28 years of service in the transportation department. He was a great fisherman, who enjoyed camping, working in his yard, and taking care of his grandkids. He had a huge heart and was always there to help his family and his neighbors.
Warren is survived by his wife of 66 years, Mildred Millsap, daughters Janice LaMarque (Hector) and Darlene Holmes (Rob), 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
He is also survived by sisters Norma Levrets, Ida Coffman, Bonnie Hanson, Mary Bickle, Wanda Beatrice and brother Mayford Millsap. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers James Millsap and Stanley Millsap.
