Norvelle is survived by his first wif e, Andrea Hedrick of San Bernardino, with whom he had three children: Jeffrey Michael Ragan of Riverside, Tiffany Hester Kramling of San Francisco and Bryant Norvelle Hester of San Diego; and by his second wife, Karen Hester of Highland.
