Born November 2, 1926 in Boston, Massachusetts. Passed away peacefully in his sleep October 16, 2013.

Arthur is survived by his wife of 60 years, Pauline; and four children, Caryn, Ellen, Catharine, Michael and his wife Debbie, Celine Cooper; his niece, Maureen Conley; eight grandchildren, Stephen, Philip, Geneva, Christina, Kevin, Alicia, Andrea and Ariana; and one great-grandson, Lochlan.

Arthur served in the US Navy from 1944 to 1946 as a Corpsman assigned to Naval Hospital Oakland. Prior to moving to California he worked for New England Power Co. Arthur came to work as a Journeyman Lineman for L.A. City Dept. of Water & Power in 1956 and retired in 1989. Resident of Granada Hills and a member of St. John Baptist de la Salle Catholic Church since 1959. He loved the Boston Bruins, Celtics, Red Sox and Patriots. He was a great man and will be missed by many.
