D'Imperio, Daniel F.
Daniel F. D'Imperio, 58, of Sheboygan passed away on Monday morning, August 19, 2013 at the Sheboygan Progressive Care Center.
Daniel was born in Fond du Lac on August 12, 1955, a son of the late Louis and Lorraine (Sasse) D'Imperio. He served in the U. S. Marine Corps from 1973 until 1975. While a marine he was a paralegal and accountant for the corps. Though a mason by trade, Daniel had a variety of other interests. He was a visual artist and for 25 years was known as "Big D" of Danny D's Heart of Rock-n-Roll DJ Service.
Daniel is survived by three children, Robert, Christina and Tony; six grandchildren; two brothers, Frank D'Imperio of Fond du Lac and Jim (Kathy) D'Imperio of Sheboygan; two nieces and one nephew Michelle, Matthew and Megan. Other relatives also survive along with friends including, Allan Struve and Phil Beaumont, both of Sheboygan. He was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Lorraine and a nephew, Jason.
A memorial service for Daniel will be held at the 1907 Club, 2908 N. 21st St. Sheboygan, on Friday, August 23, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. Family and friends can gather at the 1907 Club from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service. Come join us for a celebration of Dan's life. Burial will be in Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King,WI, at a later date.
A memorial fund has been established and a scholarship for visual artists is being established in Daniel's name.
