June A. Bichler, 66, of Sheboygan passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 1, 2013 at her home.
June was born on October 18, 1946 in Fond du Lac, a daughter to the late Glenn and Beverly (Bachman) Allender and the oldest of four loving sisters. She graduated from North Fond du Lac Horace Mann High School in 1965. She was united in marriage to James Spangle in 1966 and they had three children. On December 26, 1986 she was united in marriage to James Bichler. June was a well known real estate agent in the Sheboygan County area for over, 25 years, earning numerous awards as a realtor. She developed many lifelong friendships throughout her career. June always welcomed others with her bright smiling face and outgoing personality. She had a big heart and a passion to help others. The biggest joy in June's life were her grandchildren
June was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the Sheboygan Yacht Club.
June is survived by her husband, James, two daughters, Kristine (Mike) Ladwig of Sheboygan and Nicole (Brent) Johnson of Grafton; a son, Jeffrey (Dawn) Spangle of Sheboygan; seven grandchildren, Eric, Trevor and Lukas Ladwig, Blake and Lacy Johnson, and Samuel and Cole Spangle; three stepdaughters, Jamie (Gordon) Zastrow of Manitowoc, Jacquelyn Bichler of Milwaukee and Amanda (Matthew) Scerpella of Mequon; a stepson, Ryan Bichler of Plantation, Florida; six step-grandchildren, Gordy (Mary) Zastrow, Nathan, Erika, and Treyton Zastrow, and Madalaine and Niklaus Scerpella; a step-great grandson, Gordy Zastrow V; three sisters, Mary (Tom) Tynan and Patricia (Steve) Torgerson, both of Las Vegas, NV and Pamela Allender of Oakfield and a sister-in-law, Jane (George) Hanson of Sheboygan. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 am, Tuesday, March 5 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Rev. Daniel Lasecki as celebrant. Entombment will take place in Holy Cross Mausoleum. Family and friends may gather at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th St., Sheboygan, on Monday from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. and at the church, 1305 Humboldt Ave., Sheboygan, on Tuesday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11 a.m.
A memorial fund has been established in June's name.
June's family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the paramedics who responded and cared for her.
