Gebler, MaryAnn B.

MaryAnn Bernice Gebler, age 93, died on March 9, 2014. She was born in Sheboygan, WI, the eldest of four daughters, to the late Ambrose and Bernice (Schurman) Kiernan.

She graduated from Sheboygan Central High School in 1938. On May 13, 1944, she was united in marriage to Louis Gebler at St. Clement Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on April 7, 1972.

She is survived by four sons, Jack (Jean), Gary (Kathy), Lou (Pam), Jeffrey (Helen), and a daughter Luann(Chuck) Radke, two daughters-in-law, Mary and Lori. She is also survived by 13 grand-children and 18 great-grand¬children. She was also preceded in death by her son James and one granddaughter.

Per her request cremation will take place and a Memorial Mass for MaryAnn will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 818 Huron Ave., Sheboygan with Rev. Matthew J. Widder, officiating. Family and friends may call at the church on Saturday morning from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Mass at 11:00 A.M.. Burial will take place at Immaculate Conception Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in MaryAnn's name and may be directed to the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice or St. Vincent de Paul.

The family would like to thank the staff at Harmony Living Center along with the Sharon S. Richardson Hospice givers for their kind and compassionate care given to her this past year while residing at Harmony House.
