Ronald J. Jeske
Ronald J. Jeske, age 76, of Sheboygan, died on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Sheboygan on August 16, 1937, the son of the late Ervin and Ella Weber Jeske.
Ronald attended Bethlehem Lutheran School and Sheboygan Central High School. On May 3, 1958, he was united in marriage to Barbara Burkard at St. Dominic Catholic Church Rectory. Ronald was a U.S. Army
Veteran and was stationed in Germany. He served his country from 1954 to 1957.
Ronald was employed at the Schwarz Fish Company for forty-two years, retiring in 2001. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and spending time with family, friends and neighbors. Ronald was also a member of the Peterman's Sportsmen's Club.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara; four children, Debbie Kiehl, Sherry Kuehlmann, both of Sheboygan, Roger (Jill) Jeske, of Appleton, Ronald Jeske Jr., of Sheboygan; thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a brother, Roger (Kathleen) Jeske, of Sheboygan Falls; a sister, Jeanie (Adolf) Zimmerman; a brother-in-law, James (Mary) Burkard and a sister-in-law, Karen Jeske, all of Sheboygan. Ronald is also survived by his special friends and neighbors, Ken and Delores Thuemmler, Sandy and Larry Vanern and Richard Imme, all of Sheboygan. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceding Ronald in death are his parents, a son, Terry Jeske, a sister, Virginia Maresch, four brothers, Wallace, Eugene, Jerome and Ervin Jeske.
A memorial service for Ronald will be held on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12th St., Sheboygan, with Rev. James Gilliam III, officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Ronald's name.
