Schillingowski, Richard "Dickie"
Richard "Dickie" Schillingowski, 67, of Sheboygan, passed away Sunday, September 16, 2012, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. Dickie was born December 7, 1944, in Sheboygan to the late James and Helen Schillingowski. He married the former Peggy Greene. She preceded him in death. He was employed by Willman Industries Inc. before retiring in 2011. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, taking trips to the north woods, casino trips, dining at the Wagon Wheel and enjoyed feeding the neighborhood stray cats. He also looked forward to coming home from work to his special bird called Baby.
Survivors include three sons, Tim, Ricky and James Schillingowski, one daughter, Christine Brown; eight grandchildren, two sisters, Nancy (Wayne) Helmer and Diane Mueller; special girlfriend, Linda Nowak; special extended family friends, Shelly Nytes, John and Paula Lefeber, Amy Nowak, Kevin Little and little Colin.
In addition to his parent and spouse, he was preceded in death by one sister, Jackie Schillingowski and two brothers-in-law, Carl Veldboom and Jim Mueller.
In accordance with Dickie's wishes, a private family service will be held.
