Richardson, Vallie M.
Vallie M. Richardson, 95, of Sheboygan died at her home on Saturday, April 20, 2013.
Vallie was born on February 6, 1918 in Cedar Grove, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Ida (Boland) Ramaker. She graduated from Sheboygan Central High School in 1936. On October 1, 1938 she married the late John G. Richardson Sr. John preceded her in death on March 30, 2003.
Vallie was a member at Faith United Methodist Church in Sheboygan Falls and most recently attended St. Luke United Methodist Church in Sheboygan. She enjoyed reading, gospel music, walking, bowling, swimming, playing cards, gardening, flowers, cooking, baking and traveling.
Vallie is survived by two sons, Jack (Paulette) Richardson and Gary (Janice) Richardson, both of Sheboygan Falls; four grandchildren, Shahara Falk-LeFay of Athens, Sandra Meyer, Greg (Renee), and Ryan Richardson, all of Sheboygan; eight great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.
Vallie was preceded in death by her husband, one daughter, Judith Ramminger; and one sister, Geneva (Elmer) Henschel.
A private funeral service was held at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls. Revs. Ric Olson and Kathy Reid officiated. Burial took place at the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
