Jane D. Stange, 77, of Random Lake, passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at Kathy Hospice in the town of Polk.

She was born on July 10, 1934, in the Town of Wayne, Washington County, the daughter of the late Lehman and Ruth (Schroeder) Eichstedt.
On September 27, 1958, she was united in marriage to Leon Stange in Fond du Lac.
Jane was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Random Lake.
She will fondly be remembered for her sewing, re-upholstering furniture, perseverance through adversity, her laughter and spending time with family.
Those Jane leaves behind to cherish her memories include her husband of 54 years, Leon; three sons, Alan (Gloria) Stange of New York, Dale (Peg) Stange of Verona and Dean (Michelle) Stange of Mt. Horeb; nine grandchildren, Joseph, Jessica, Andrew, Christopher, Ethan, Catherine, Evan, Emily and Aidan Stange; a brother, Lehman Eichstedt Jr. of Kenosha; three sisters, Sallie (Lloyd) Helmer of Ripon, Bette Guell of North Fond du Lac and Patty (LeRoy) Kemnitz of Westfield; a daughter-in-law, Jill Shulse of Waldo; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by a son, Mark Stange.
Funeral services for Jane will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, 2012, at St. John's United Church of Christ in Random Lake. Rev. Donald Niedarfrank will officiate and burial will follow in St. Paul's United Church of Christ Cemetery in Silver Creek.
Relatives and friends may call at the church on Saturday from noon until the time of services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Breast Cancer Research or the St. John's United Church of Christ Church Building Fund are appreciated.
The Miller Funeral Home in Kewaskum has been entrusted with Jane's arrangements.
