Luedke, David Jerome
David Jerome Luedke went home to his creator Dec. 30, 2012, after a lengthy illness. Dave was surrounded by his loving family.
Dave was born Dec. 10, 1954, to Shirley (Kapernick) and the late Wilbert Luedke of Sheboygan. Dave lived his dream driving semi cross country for 20 plus years. His family and dog, Mitzi were fortunate enough to join him on several trips. Dave also loved to spend his free time fishing with his family and friends by his side. He was a beautiful soul with a heart of gold.
His daughters, Amy (Kevin) and Stacy (Tony) Luedke were his pride and joy. He adored his grandchildren, Ashley (Aaron) Farr, Jacob (Daniele) Rosek, Courtney Rosek and great-grandson Brayden Rosek. His is survived by his loving sisters, Gail (the late Phil) Pierce, Debra Rice, Julie (Travis) Enders; nieces and nephews, Randy (Nicole) Halbach Jr., Spring (Mike) Wiesneski, Erin (Matt) Modjewski, Justin Rice; great-nieces, Heather, Anna, Amaris, Emily and Nora.
Visitation will be held at St. Peter Claver Parish of Sheboygan, Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, 9:30 to 10:30 with Mass of celebration of David's beautiful life following at 10:30 a.m.
Our family would like to thank The Aurora Hospice Center and Sheboygan Progressive Care for their wonderful care and compassion.
Zimmer's Westview Funeral & Cremation Care Center is assisting the family with arrangements.
