You helped us keep him comfortable the last four weeks of his life so we could share his love and last wishes with him, while supporting us 24/7. Thank you, we couldn't have done it without you.

Straight forward with a hint of a tease
Even if few, his words he did mean
His eyes and grin put me at ease
Through what was done, his love could be seen
A man to be proud of
So knowledgeable and strong
Loving and dedicated
To this family he showed we belonged
From bribes of M&M's
And kisses to get through
Smiles and giggles at the kitchen table
Memories, hugs, and lots of love too
This is and always will be My Grandpa
