Gould, Geraldine "Gerry"
Geraldine "Gerry" Gould, 90, of Sheboygan, passed away on Saturday morning, April 27, 2013 at the Golden Living Center.
Gerry was born on March 3, 1923 in Pioche, Nevada, a daughter to the late William Vern and Rita (Keele) Fitzgerald. She graduated from high school in Reno, Nevada. On July 26, 1945 she was united in marriage to Harry Gould in Carson City, Nevada. They resided in Asheville, North Carolina prior to coming to Sheboygan. Before her marriage Gerry had been a waitress and secretary. She enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers.
Gerry is survived by her husband, Harry; a daughter and son-in-law, Jan and Randy Mesun of Sheboygan; a son, Daniel Gould of Green Bay; five grandchildren, Jim (Suzanne) Mesun, Josh (Nicole) Mesun and Jonathan Gould all of Sheboygan and twins, Amber and Austin Gould of North Carolina; seven great grandsons, Kalin, Sean, Jacob, Chaze, Joshua, Jr., Owen and Zach and two sisters, Barb Torvinen and Joyce Flick both of Reno, Nevada. She was preceded in death by brothers and sisters.
A private family service with Chaplain Mike Andrews officiating will be held at the Chapel of Eternal Light at Gardens of Peace Mausoleum. Entombment will follow.
A memorial fund has been established in Gerry's name.
Gerry's family would like to extend a sincere thank you and express their appreciation to the staff of the Golden Living Center along with Jessica Smith and Mike Williams of Asera Care Hospice for all the care and comfort they gave.
