SHELBY- Stanley Thomas Bonin, 54, of Shelby, passed away at his home, Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012.
A native of Methuen, Mass., he was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Gates Bonin; deceased parents who raised him, Romey and Betty Smith; and a brother, Charles Smith.
Stanley was a retired used car salesman and a member of Crestview Baptist Church.
He is survived by his mother, Jacqueline Claire Baulne; two daughters, Tabitha West and husband Kevin, and Bonnie Cook and husband Michael; four brothers, Beau Bonin of N.H., John Smith of Mooresboro, Rick Smith of Polkville, and David Smith of York, S.C.; two sisters, Alicia Lastowka and Carolyn Wilson of N.H.; grandchildren, Thomas West, Jackson Bonin, Tanner Bonin, Chris Cook and Austin Cook.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Crestview Baptist Church
Funeral Service: 3 p.m. Sunday at Crestview Baptist Church
