SHELBY - Tammy Deann Philbeck Justice, 48, of 2710 West Zion Church Road, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2014, at Hospice at Wendover. She was born in Cleveland County on March 10, 1966, to Virginia Morgan Philbeck and the late J.D. McKinley Philbeck. She worked at Greater Metrolina in the billing department and was a member of Redeemed Pentecostal Holiness Church.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband James Justice; sisters, Shelby Hord and husband Bryan, Amy Pittman and husband Marshall; nieces, Mindy Lee and husband Travis, Heather Melton and fiance' Michael Jones, Vanessa Nolan and husband Josh, Tiffany Dellinger and husband Zack; nephew, Dusty Melton and wife Sara; great-nieces, McKinley Lee, Madelyn Lee, and Sydney Melton; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and two loving dogs, Lucy and Dodger.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Stamey Funeral Home. At other times the family will be at the home of Bryan and Shelby Hord, 1000 E. Sanders Road, Shelby.
Funeral service: 3 p.m. Wednesday at Redeemed Pentecostal Holiness Church. The body will be placed in the church 30 minutes prior to the service.

Funeral home: Stamey Funeral Home of Fallston is serving the family.
