MAX MEADOWS, VA.-- Frances Bralley Osborne, 86, of Rome Road, passed away Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013. She was born Sept. 8, 1927, daughter of the late Steven and Ellen Archer Mabe, and was preceded in death by her husbands, Clyde Bralley and Harold Osborne; son, Wade Bralley; and brothers, Raymond Mabe and Clarence Mabe.

She was a member of the Austinville Pentecostal Holiness Church. Frances was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved her church and her friends and will be sadly missed.
She is survived by three sons, Barry Bralley and wife Lisa of Forest City, Gaylord Bralley and wife Jo of Shelby, and Charles Bralley and wife Tammy of Catawba; daughter-in-law Barbara Bralley of Calhoun, Ga.; stepsons, Bobby Osborne and wife Tina of Pulaski, Va., and Harold Osborne, Jr. and wife Janice of Christiansburg, Va.; grandchildren, Ryan Bralley, Meg Vercio, Rebecca Gorham, Mandy Davis, Chad Bralley, Chance Bralley, Chip Bralley, Chandra Bralley, and Penny Wellmon; step-grandchildren, Drew Osborne and Kendra Osborne; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation: The family received friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Monday at the church.
Funeral services: were held 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, at the Austinville Pentecostal Holiness Church Officiated by: Pastors Nathan Phillips and Bobby Osborne
Interment: 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, at Woods Memorial Park, 836 Gap Creek Road, Duncan, S.C. 29334.
