MOORESBORO - Gary Clark Causby, 61, of NC Highway 120, Mooresboro, died on Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at SECU Hospice House of Forest City.
A native of Cleveland County, he was born on June 8, 1952, a son of the late Clarence Willis "Bill" Causby and Sara Clark Causby of Spindale. He was retired from Ingles and was a member of Race Path Baptist Church. He was also a member of Grandparents Raising Grandchildren, and the Mustang Club.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his grandson, Stephen "Tyler" Watkins.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Barbara Whitaker Causby; two sons, Christopher Kaine Causby and Ryan Lee Causby, both of the home; two daughters, Heather Dawn Causby of Ellenboro and fiancé Alan Holycross, II, also of Ellenboro, and Kari Beth Causby of Mooresboro; one sister, Connie Jo Causby of Marion; and his grandchildren, Alan Holycross, III and Chase Hayes.
Visitation: will be held following the service in the fellowship building
Memorial Service: 3 p.m. Saturday at Race Path Baptist Church
