KINGS MOUNTAIN-William Curtis Bell, 84, died June 4, 2012 at Trinity Hospital of Augusta, Augusta, Ga.

He was a native of Cleveland County, son of the late William A. and Marie Harmon Bell.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Carolyn Upchurch Bell; brothers, Paul Bell, Jimmy Bell, Billy Bell, Thaniel Bell and by a sister, Carolyn Bell.
He was retired from Reeves Brothers in Kings Mountain, a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, former member of the Bethlehem Progressive Club and former member of the Oak Grove Volunteer Fire Department.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed farming.
He is survived by his sons, Jeff Bell and wife, Gail of Kings Mountain, Scott Bell and his wife, Bridgette, Kings Mountain; daughters, Roxanne Bell Wright and husband, Larry of Kings Mountain, Beverly Bell Marnell and husband, Gene, Augusta, Ga.; sisters-in-law, Betty Bell, of Kings Mountain, Mildred Bell of Kings Mountain; six grandchildren, Chris Powell and his wife, Barbara, Amy Bell and her husband, Michael, Ashley Camp and her husband, Bradley, Chandler Bell, Heather Seiler and her husband, Ray and Christopher Wright; four great-grandchildren, Cameron Bell, Laura Grace Powell, Jake Lehr, and Jonathan Seiler.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home, Kings Mountain
Funeral Service: 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Oak Grove Baptist Church, Kings Mountain
