WACO-Otis Mayrock "Robbie" Smith IV, 36, of 110 Mike Drive, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.
Robbie was born on July 6, 1976, in Cleveland County, a son of Lynn Scism Smith of Blacksburg, S.C. He was formerly employed by Ethan Allen in Maiden as an upholsterer and a member of the former New Life Baptist Church in Lincolnton.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 16 years, Krista C. Smith; two daughters, Jaelyn and Maylee Smith, all of the home; a brother, Roc-Anthony Smith and wife Jessica of Lawndale; a sister, Melia Stover and husband Matt of Lincolnton; a brother-in-law, Derek Correll and wife Kathi of Sherrills Ford; three nephews, Landon Smith, Will and Josh Stover; father and mother-in-law, Ray and Joy Correll of Lincolnton; and maternal grandmother, Dot Scism of Waco.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. Friday at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home, and at other times the family will be at the home.
Memorial Service: 2 p.m. Friday at Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home
