Patricia (Pat) Ann Davis Lattier

LONGVIEW, TEXAS - Patricia (Pat) Lattier, 77, passed from this life peacefully on Jan. 7 at a local hospital. Pat was born Jan. 17, 1935 in Mattoon, IL into a loving home of five brothers and one sister. She later moved to Lafayette, La. where she graduated from Mt. Carmel High School.

After her marriage to Joseph Henry Lattier, she moved to Shreveport where she called home for many years until her death. Pat was the proud mother of four children and six grandchildren. She was also proud of her extensive secretarial career which included working with the City of Lafayette, Caterpillar Tractor, her husbands construction company, and finally the City of Shreveport. She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, and all six brothers and sisters.

Those left to cherish her memory are her four children, Marty Lattier Magouirk of West Monroe, Joseph Henry, Jr. of South Louisiana, Guy David Lattier of Shreveport, and Richard Meyer Lattier of Longview, Texas. Also left to remember her are five grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and the many people she touched with the ever present smile on her face and the twinkle in her eye.

A Memorial Mass will be held in her honor on Saturday, January 19 at 10 a.m. in Shreveport at Sacred Heart Catholic Church located at 4736 Lyba St. Friends are welcome to attend the mass and a short reception following.
