James Godejohn Obituary
MANSFIELD, LA - Funeral services honoring the life of James F. Godejohn, 76, will be held Thursday, September 6, 2012 at 10:30 AM at the Beulah Baptist Church, Mansfield, LA. Officiating the services will be Rev. David Permenter and Rev. Delman Rogers. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Mt. Bethel Cemetery, Gary, TX.
Preceding Mr. Godejohn in death was his son Luther DeWayne Godejohn.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 47 years Peggy J. Godejohn; sons James Michael Godejohn, and Cecil Wayne Godejohn. Sr., and wife Kathy; daughter Deborah K. Cheney and husband Peter; 5 grandchildren; and lifelong friends Janie Hines and husband Milton "Buck" Hines.
