Mrs. Robinson was a native of Shreveport, LA and a resident of Arizona, LA for 21 years. She was a 1939 graduate of Fair Park High School, attended Centenary College, Norton's Business College. Mrs. Robinson was the Grand Worthy Advisor for the State of Louisiana Order of the Rainbow Girls, Queensborough Assembly #16 and Order of the Eastern Star-Queensborough Assembly. Mrs. Robinson was the Den Mother for Cub Scouts of America, Judson Elementary "Tiger District". She was a member of Arizona United Methodist Church, Homer, LA.

Mrs. Robinson was adored by her husband who after her diagnosis of Dementia and Alzheimer's, drove to and from the nursing home every day for 10 years so that he could spend the entire day by her side. She loved and was loved by her son and daughter-in-law (who she considered her own).

Growing up, her grandchildren always looked forward to spending their weekends at "the camp", where she cooked 3 meals a day and told tales about the creatures in the woods.

We will miss the sound of her voice reciting "The Night Before Christmas" as she did every Christmas Eve. We will also smile and enjoy the peace that we have knowing that on Christmas Day we were all given the best gift of all, and because of that gift, we will see her again!

The family would like to thank all of the staff at Claiborne Manor Nursing Home, Homer, LA, Landmark Nursing Home, Shreveport, LA, Life Path Hospice/ Brother Al.

We would also like to thank the staff at Heritage Manor Stratmore who grew to love her as their own. Words cannot express the gratitude that we feel towards you and the special place each of you had and will always have in hers and our hearts. Thank you.

Bobby would like to express a very sincere and special thanks to his wife, Lisa, the wonderful loving daughter Mrs. Robinson never had, for the very special care she showed to not only his mother but also to his father while they were at Heritage Manor Stratmore.
