Vivian, LA - Funeral services celebrating the life of Chelious Marie Paulette will be at 2:00 P. M. Sunday, April 26, 2015 at First Assembly of God Church, Vivian, LA. Officiating will be Dale Alexander and assisted by Rev. Jody Dempsey. Interment will be at the Enon Baptist Cemetery, Ravanna, AR. There will be a time of visitation on Saturday, April 25th from 6-8 P. M. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Vivian, LA.

Marie was born in Doddridge, AR on May 25, 1935 to Jeff and Earline Lee Sullivan and passed away on April 23, 2015 at Willis-Knighton Medical Center, North in Shreveport, LA. She has been a resident of Vivian since 1965. Marie was a homemaker, a seamstress for Somerville Manufacturing Company in Vivian, and retired from Kilpatrick Life Insurance Co. with over 30 years of service.

Marie is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, JD Sullivan, Gene Sullivan, Jerry Sullivan, Owana White, Arveta Carringan, Pat Buckholt, Carolyn Kay Sullivan and unnamed brother and sister. She is survived by her husband of over 61 years, W. E. "Gene" Paulette; sons, James W. "Jay" Paulette and fiancé, Patricia Adams and Joey D. Paulette and wife, Twyla all of Vivian, LA; sister, Ann Upchurch of Atlanta, TX. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jamie Paulette and wife, Pansy, Joshua Paulette and fiancé, Angela Grabert, Kristen Young and husband, Richard, Kelly Reed and husband, Shawn, Lindsey Paulette and fiancé, Tim Herring, Rachel Fuller and husband, Ben; great grandchildren, Holly, Makendra, Cory, Noah, Tasha, Madisyn, Jacob, Alavia, Savanna, and Titus and many nieces and nephews.

Honoring Marie, as pallbearers will be Joshua Paulette, Jamie Paulette, Shawn Reed, Tim Herring, Cory Paulette and Jeffery Upchurch. Honorary pallbearers will be Jacob Paulette, Wayne White and Wayne Terry.
