Clarence Eugene Boyter

SHREVEPORT, LA - Services for Clarence Eugene Boyter, 82, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013 at St. Jude Catholic Church. Officiating will be Rev. Pike Thomas. Interment will be at Forest Park Cemetery in Shreveport, LA. Visitation will be Friday, June 21, 2013 from 5 to 7 p.m., with a vigil at 6:30 p.m., at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Bossier City, LA.

Clarence was born October 10, 1930 in Cotton Valley, LA and died June 18, 2013 in Shreveport, LA. Clarence served his country in the U.S. Air Force and was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a retired chief engineer.

His parents, Clarence E. and Lucille M. Boyter preceded Clarence in death.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Madeleine L. Boyter; son, David M. Boyter; daughter, Natalie Boyter Wilson and husband Donald; grandchildren, Alexandra M. Boyter, Morgan E. Boyter, Logan A. Wilson; brother, James E. Boyter; nephews, Jimmy, Michael, Bryan Boyter; aunt, Leona Pinchera and step grandchildren, Aaron R. Wilson and Rachel M. Wilson.
