Mark Cordray

Services celebrating the life of Mark Cordray will be held at 12 noon Monday May 6, 2013 at Emmanuel Baptist Church. Officiating will be Wade Longcrier and Chad Hardbarger, with interment following at Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation is from 3-6 pm Sunday May 5, 2013 at Rose-Neath Southside Funeral Home.

Mark was born to Roy and Lucille Cordray on July 5, 1954 in Shreveport, LA. He worked for Bingham Pump Co and in Christian ministry at the Institute in Basic Life Principals. He went home to be with the Lord on April, 28 2013 after a short illness. Mark lived his life for Jesus Christ, fulfilled the great commission and will be remembered as kind, faithful, humble and generous to all. His motto was "My victory is in Christ". He will be greatly missed as a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend to many.

Preceding Mark in death was his mother. He is survived by his father Roy Cordray and wife Margaret; brother Todd Cordray and wife, Kelley; niece Haley Cordray and nephew Dylan Cordray.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Barr, Mike Jennings, Randy Switzer, Lane Hunnicut, Brad Gentry and Dylan Cordray.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to IBLP, PO Box One, Oak Brook, IL 60522 or Emmanuel Baptist Church.
