She set a wonderful example to her children and grandchildren of faith, loyalty, and dignity. Mary Helen, a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church, was a devout Catholic known for her perpetual novenas to St. Jude.

Mary Helen was a loyal employee for Zadeck Energy Group for thirty years. She enjoyed playing cards, watching movies, cooking, dancing, cruises, shopping, and going to the casino. However, Mary Helen's favorite times were spent entertaining her children and grandchildren. She never missed a dance recital, a ball game, a school performance, or a birthday party. Mimi, as she was affectionately called by her grandchildren, was the ultimate grandmother. It was always a treat to spend the night at Mimi's and play games and cards with her. She was not only our Mimi, but known as Mimi to all of our friends and extended family.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons Justin Eason, Jacob Eason, Christopher Ferris, Cabot Rogers, Daniel Ferris, and Jackson Ferris.

The family would like to express our sincere appreciation to the doctors and nurses at Christus Highland Schumpert for their devotion and compassion to our mother and to us during this difficult time.
We were fortunate to have the most unselfish human being as our mom. She has left us with a legacy of unconditional love and family values. Although we will miss her terribly, we know there's a star shining a little brighter in Heaven looking down on each of us. We love you forever, Mom.
