COUSHATTA, LA-Graveside services for Thomas P. "Stevie" Stephens IV, 44, of Coushatta, LA will be held at 11 A.M. Thursday, February 21, 2013 in Springville Cemetery with Bro. Tom Smith officiating.

Stevie was born September 30, 1968 in Shreveport, LA and passed away February 19, 2013.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ford Stephens; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. T. P. Stephens, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Thomas; and sister, Dianne Stephens Fairchild.

Stevie is survived by his father, T. P. "Thomas" Stephens, III of Coushatta, LA; mother, Linda J. Loftin of Natchez, MS; two sisters, Lisa Loftin of Natchez, MS and Tonya White and husband, Mike of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; one brother, Mike Loftin of Coushatta, LA; children, Krystal Carpenter and husband, Brock of Prairieville, LA and Rachel McCain and husband, Austin of Addie, LA; one grandchild, Ava McCain of Addie, LA; a very special loving friend, Liz Cannon; a special cousin, Kathy Martin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Paul Hall, John Hall, Ken Adams, Brent Cormier, Stephen Bates, Pat Murray, Russell Stevens, and Ricky Cannon.
