Willie Mae LeBrun

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Willie Mae LeBrun, 86, of Campti, LA at 11 A.M. Friday, September 6, 2013 at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church with Father Jacob Thomas officiating and Father George Pookkattu assisting. Interment will follow in Nativity Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 P.M. until 9 P.M. Thursday, September 5, 2013 at the church. Funeral services under the direction of Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home, Coushatta, LA.

Mrs. LeBrun was born February 24, 1927 in Campti, LA and passed away September 4, 2013. She was a member of the Ladies Auxillary VFW #1962 for 22 years and a member of the Nativity Altar Society for 25 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister and a friend to all that knew her. Mrs. LeBrun was an avid bingo player and enjoyed cooking for all her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace LeBrun, Jr.; parents, John Guin and Louisiana Trichell; brother, M.R. Guin, C.L. Guin, Travis Guin, Sr., and Leo Graham; two sons, Charles Guin and Wayne LeBrun; and granddaughter, Melanie Windham.

Mrs. LeBrun is survived by five sons, Wade LeBrun and wife, Lillian, Bobby "Chubby" LeBrun, Billy LeBrun and wife, Vickie, Michael LeBrun, and Bruce LeBrun and wife, Charlene; two daughters, Peggy Smith and husband, Ronnie and Gloria LeBrun; one sister, Winnie Perot; grandchildren: Kim Metoyer, Kerry LeBrun, Timothy LeBrun, Greg LeBrun, Nick LeBrun, Cliff LeBrun, Brandon LeBrun, and Roxie Smith; great-grandchildren: Raylynn, Mathew, Michael, Haley, Hunter, Emily, Preston, Collin, Destiny, Brandon, Jr., Logan, Natalie, and Clare and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Timothy LeBrun, Greg LeBrun, Nick LeBrun, Jackie Perot, Ricky Guin, and Kerry LeBrun.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. The family wishes to express a special thanks to Dr. Gavin Chico, Hospice of Natchitoches, and Green Meadow Haven.
