TYLER, TX. Memorial services for Mrs. Charlene Lars Coleman, 63, will be 11 a.m., Saturday, March 29, 2014 at New Bethel MBC, 3300 Greenwood Rd. Rev. Lonnie Lars, officiating. Open visitation will be from 10 a.m. until Friday at New Bethel MBC.

Charlene was born April 1, 1950 to the late Henry Lars and Elease Wilson-Lars in Shreveport, La.

She was a 1968 graduate of Princeton High School, Princeton, La. She relocated to Tyler, TX. to further her education at Texas College. She graduated in 1973 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She worked in the Banking Industry, School Administrator at Texas College and a Health Caregiver. She loved life, family, and a good laugh while remembering good times from the past.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Everett "Red" Coleman, father; Henry Lars Sr., mother; Elease Lars, brother; Henry Lars Jr., stepbrother; Johnny Burks, sister; Verna Brewer, god daughter; Christy Cooper.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory; three sisters; Viola (Ernest), Shirley (John), and Louise (John), five brothers; Herman (Velma), Henderson (Annie), Lorenza (Antionette), Lonnie, and Donald (Carolyn), stepmother; Lena Mae Lars, god son; Marquis Lars, host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Honoring "Aunt Nancy" as Pallbearers will be Darry Wright, Kelvin Wright Sr., Marquis Lars, LaBrian Lars, Mario Lars, Christopher Marshall, Brandon Wright, and Kelvin Wright Jr.
