Catherine Ann Poland

Celebration of life service for Catherine Ann Hill Poland will be held at Hillcrest Funeral Home on Friday June 6, 2014 at 1pm. Father Rothel Price will be officiating the service. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Park. Visitation will be held Thursday June 5 at 5pm until 8pm with a Vigil at 7pm.

She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus Council 4873. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence Poland Jr., Father John E. Hill and mother

Effie B.

She is survived by her 2 daughters Sandra Kunce and husband Victor, and Jeanie Poland. 4 Grand Children; Thomas Beene, Renee Manasco & husband Casey, Jonathan Moore & wife Krysta, Joseph Moore & partner Jeremy Burge. 8 Great Grandchildren; Lee-Ann, Halee, Madison, Preston, Kayla, Kyle, Charlie & Jace.

Pallbearers will be: Thomas Beene, Joseph Moore, Victor Kunce, Casey Manasco, Jeremy Burge & George A. Baldwin.

Honorary Pallbearers: Jonathan Moore, Dave Bodden & Tom Koch

Memorials may be made to the Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation.

The family would like to thank all extended family & friends for their thoughts and prayers during this time. A special thanks to her hospice nurse Ellen Bartel with Christus Hospice, The Staff of Fresenius Dialysis Pierremont & the Knights of Columbus Council 4873.
