Mr. Lester Felton
SHREVEPORT, LA.-- Services for Lester Felton, 71, will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Harvest Temple COGIC 1633 Benton Rd. Bossier City, La. Pastor Ted Scott officiating. Interment will follow at Lincoln Cemetery. Open visitation Friday 12 to 8 p.m. at Heavenly Gates. In state 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at Harvest Temple.
Mr. Lester was a 1959 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. He was a retired Locomotive Engineer for KCS Railroad. He passed away April 9, 2012 from a lengthy illness.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years Lessie, daughter; Chere F. Sims (Samuel), sons; Cedric & Eric, 2 grandchildren, 2 sisters and a host of other relatives and friends.
