SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Leo L. Gephart, age 85, of Scottsdale, Arizona, and formerly of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at his residence in Arizona.

He was born Dec. 6, 1929, in Shelby County, Ohio, to the late Lawrence and Iva (Watkins) Gephart.

Leo was U.S. Air Force Veteran who served during the Korean War from 1950 to 1954; he was a classic car dealer for almost 60 years; he was considered a world's authority on Duesenbergs. He was a member of the CCA, Auburn Cord Duesenberg and AAC.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife Betty (Rish) Gephart, who passed away in 1998; and his brother Leonard.

He is survived by his sisters-in-law, Jackie Gephart and Alice Rish; niece Sally, (Ed) Pulfer; great-nieces, Alana Hill and Zanthia Hill; great-nephew Joseph Pulfer; one stepson; two stepgrandchildren; and four great-stepgrandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 27, 2015, at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 W. Main St., Eaton, Ohio. Burial will be at Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, 2015, at the funeral home.
