KETTLERSVILLE — Rebecca Sue Williamson, age 64, of Kettlersville, formerly of Piqua, passed away peacefully, at 1:37 a.m., on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014, at her residence.

Rebecca was born in Piqua, Ohio, on Sept. 9, 1950, the daughter of the late Mary (Stewart) Brush and Carl Brush. She married Roger Williamson on Aug. 9, 1968, and he survives in Kettlersville.

Rebecca is also survived by one daughter, Tina Kies and her husband, Jeff, of Botkins, one son, Roger Williamson and his wife, Bridget, of Kettlersville; eight grandchildren, Justin Williamson and Kody Williamson, both of Kettlersville, Cory Kies, Elizabeth Kies, and her partner, Kyle Egbert, Ashliegh Kies and fiancé, Evan Maurer, all of Botkins, John Kies, of Jackson Center, Heather Kies, of Long Beach, California, Holly Swiger and her husband, Phil, of Sidney; five great-grandchildren; three sisters and one brother, Shirley Brush, of Piqua, Nancy and Ronald Kaeck, Marilyn "Katie" and Russell Wintrow, Michael "Mike" and Valerie "Val" Brush, all of Piqua; brother-in-law, Lawrence Day, of Sidney; sister-in-law, Barbara Brush, of Piqua; 10 nieces; 10 nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, parents in-law, Richard Gleason Williamson and Bertha (Bates) Williamson; stepfather in-law, Tom Bedford; one sister, Donna Day; one brother, Carl 'Bill' Brush; one niece, Regina 'Jeanie' Day;

Rebecca graduated from Piqua High School, class of 1968. She was a member of the Jehovah Witnesses Kingdom Hall, in Sidney. She retired from the Sidney Comfort Inn where she was the head of housekeeping. In her spare time she loved to collect dolls and bears. Her greatest joy was her family. Rebecca loved spending time with them and spoiling her grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed by them all.

Funeral services for Rebecca will be held at 8 p.m., Friday, Nov. 21, 2014, at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, with Elder Mike Wheeler officiating.

Friends and family may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home prior to services.

The family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made to the Cancer Treatment Center, at Midwestern Regional Medical Center, 2520 Elisha Ave., Zion, IL, 60099. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
