CENTERVILLE — Naomi M. Wulber, 92, of Centerville, and formerly of Tipp City and Yorkshire, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2014, at 6 a.m. at Bethany Lutheran Village in Centerville.
She was born on May 16, 1922, in Yorkshire, to the late Arthur and Edna (Trittschuh) Ehlers.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, John and Cheryl Wulber of Oakwood, and Keith and Susan Wulber, of Naples, Florida; daughter and son-in-law, Lois and Loring Wandless, of Waco, Texas; grandchildren, Brooke (Timothy) Fadel, Brian (April) Wulber, Meredith Moore, Lauren Moore, Steven Wulber, Michael Wulber and Kathryn Wulber; great-grandchildren, Charles Fadel, Samuel Fadel, Benjamin Fadel, Fletcher Wulber and Crosby Wulber; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth E. Wulber, whom she married on May 13, 1945.
She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Tipp City, and for many years when living in Willowdell area, she was an active member of the Willowdell St. Paul Lutheran Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher and sang in the choir. She was a homemaker and managed the family dairy farm.
There will be a service held on Saturday, June 21, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, 14 W. Walnut St., Tipp City, with the Rev. Bob Ashburn and the Rev. Dr. David E. Moreland co-officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Versailles.
Family will receive friends on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to Zion Lutheran Church, St. Paul Lutheran Church in Willowdell, Hospice of Dayton or Grace Works Lutheran Services.
